We were surprised to receive an update on Kristyn today! We had asked some questions before we received our i800 approval and thought to submit them when we requested our final update. The usual final update came with pictures and measurements, but no answers to our questions. We assumed that it was a loss, but asked anyways. We were completely surprised that today, THREE WEEKS later, we received the answers to those questions. God knew I needed a little surprise blessing today.
Is Kristyn able to run? Yes
Is she able to up and down stairs by herself? Yes
When Kristyn is upset what do you do to calm her down?Spend time with her, talk to her, hug her.
Can you describe Kristyn's educational training? There is a school inside orphanage and she studies there.
What kinds of things is she learning? Math, Chinese, PE, Art, Music.
How would you describe her learning ability? She learns fast, however, she doesn't want to be focus on for long time.
We laughed at that last question. So, she is a normal 7 year old kiddo.
Our puzzle is really coming along!! We have until this weekend and then I will have to take direct donations instead of using Lifesong. Can you believe we are so close to travel?? Lifesong will be transferring all of our funds to our agency to pay for travel!
Speaking of... We didn't get Travel Approval as soon as I hoped we would. We will hopefully get it tomorrow or Friday and leave to pick up these beautiful kiddos in two weeks!
